Our Principal, Jennifer Bell, is actively involved in all areas of condominium dispute management such as shared facilities agreements, first year budget deficits, pet disputes, common expense arrears, liens, and overall community wellbeing. Jennifer is a member of the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) and has been designated as a Chartered Mediator by the ADR Institute of Canada. In addition, she also serves as the Vice Chair of the Construction Section of the ADR Institute of Ontario and acts as a member of the Ontario Mandatory Mediation Program rosters for Toronto and Windsor. Jennifer offers a very competitive hourly rate to help maintain cost viability and is also available for evening and weekend mediations to better serve her condominium client base. |
